Check-in time is from 3pm. Check-out time is 11am. Where possible, flexibility with early check-in and late check-out will be provided, however, these are unable to be guaranteed. The facilities of the main lodge are available for enjoyment whilst at the property.

All rates quoted in US Dollars. Rates apply per room, per night for a maximum of two guests. Extra Person rate available. A stay at the lodge is generously all-inclusive of breakfast, lunch and gourmet dinner; open bar (includes mineral water, soft drinks, juices, house wines and spirits. Premium wines and spirits are available at an additional cost); two half day excursions or one full day excursion daily, in small groups with other guests; use of spa facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, steam rooms and jacuzzi (massages, therapies and spa treatments are available for an additional cost) and scheduled airport transfers in shared vehicles (private transfers or transfers outside of scheduled times are available for an additional cost).

Rates for the Suites include private airport transfers (to/from Puerto Natales, with driver only) and excursions with a driver/guide in private service.

Extra person rates apply to guests aged 10-17 only, in a rollaway bed sharing with up to two adults. Maximum one extra person per room. This rate is only applicable to the Superior Room.

As Tierra Patagonia is situated in a remote destination, it’s essential to advise any special dietary needs at the time of reservation. We will do our best to tailor menus accordingly whilst providing opportunity to enjoy a diverse range of premium regional produce. Should notice not be provided in advance, our chefs will endeavour to prepare suitable meals with the ingredients available. We regret we are unable to prepare meals requiring strict religious observance in the preparation.

To confirm the reservation we require payment of 30% of the total value of the rate, within seven days of requesting the rooms. The balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. All international payments are processed via Paypal. Settlement is also accepted by international bank transfer; please advise Tierra Hotels once paid to ensure receipt.

As Tierra Patagonia is situated in a remote destination, we have a strict cancellation policy. We strongly recommend guests have a travel insurance policy covering medical care and cancellation due to any reason.

Cancellations made 91 days or more prior to arrival incur no charge.

Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival incur a fee of 20% of the total booking value.

Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival incur a fee of 30% of the total booking value.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival incur a fee of 100% of the total booking value.

Tierra Patagonia welcomes children aged ten years and over.

At Tierra Patagonia a group is defined as ten people or five or more rooms travelling together. Special conditions apply to group bookings. Please enquire for more information.

Limitation of Liability

Tierra Patagonia shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to a guest’s property which is:

Caused or contributed to by the negligence of the guest or a reason of the type listed in the preceding paragraph; or not promptly reported to Tierra Patagonia.

On discovery, Tierra Patagonia shall not be liable for loss of or damage to a guest’s property except when proved to be caused through the negligence or willful misconduct of Tierra Patagonia.

Tierra Patagonia does not accept any liability for loss or damage to a guest’s vehicle unless caused by Tierra Patagonia negligence or willful misconduct.

Guests shall be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause at Tierra Patagonia.

Tierra Patagonia may engage appropriate transfers operators and other providers to coordinate and provide certain services. The transfer operators and other providers are solely responsible for and liable for providing their respective services. Guests are also subject to specific terms and conditions imposed by other providers.

Property Disclaimer

Tierra Patagonia is set in a natural environment containing fauna and flora that may be dangerous if at close contact. Whilst every effort is made by the staff and management of Tierra Patagonia to ensure the safety of its guests, guests acknowledge as a condition of making their bookings that neither Tierra Patagonia nor any of its staff shall be liable for the death or injury of any of its guests or for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (save where caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Tierra Patagonia) suffered by any of its guests arising out of or in connection with use of the facilities and activities offered by Tierra Patagonia, in particular (but not limited to) these involving wildlife, and the guest, by making a booking, releases Tierra Patagonia and its staff from all or any such liability.

Lost Property

Where items belonging to guests have been found by a member of Tierra Patagonia personnel, and where the owner can be clearly identified, guests will be contacted and any confirmed item returned to them by registered mail. In the event the owner of any found item cannot be identified it will be logged and held in security for a period of three months. If after this period the owner of the lost article has not contacted the property or has otherwise been identified, the article will be disposed of. In the event the lost article may be of tangible benefit, the lost article will be given to a local charity organization after the three month period has lapsed.

Force Majeure

Tierra Patagonia shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivering obligations under the booking contract if the cause of the failure or delay is due to reasons beyond its control. These include, but are not limited to: war or threat of war, civil or political action or disturbance, riot, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, bad weather, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), military activity, governmental or regulatory action, industrial dispute, failure of power or machinery, failure of or interruption in externally provided services and utilities. All bookings are subject to availability, and Tierra Patagonia shall be entitled to refuse any booking on reasonable grounds.
