flavors

We source as much locally-grown produce as possible, celebrating the best of Chilean cuisine, supporting local farmers and honouring traditional Chilean recipes. Our signature Calafate sour, a delightful local twist on the classic pisco, celebrates the delicious berries of the local calafete shrub, found exclusively in the Patagonian region of Chile and Argentina.
