All rates quoted in US Dollars. Rates apply per room, per night for a maximum of two guests. Extra Person rate available. A stay at the lodge is generously all-inclusive of breakfast, lunch and gourmet dinner; open bar (includes mineral water, soft drinks, juices, house wines and spirits. Premium wines and spirits are available at an additional cost); two half day excursions or one full day excursion daily, in small groups with other guests; use of spa facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, steam rooms and jacuzzi (massages, therapies and spa treatments are available for an additional cost) and scheduled airport transfers in shared vehicles (private transfers or transfers outside of scheduled times are available for an additional cost).

Rates for the Suites include private airport transfers (to/from Puerto Natales, with driver only) and excursions with a driver/guide in private service.

Extra person rates apply to guests aged 10-17 only, in a rollaway bed sharing with up to two adults. Maximum one extra person per room. This rate is only applicable to the Superior Room.

To confirm the reservation we require payment of 30% of the total value of the rate, within seven days of requesting the rooms. The balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. All international payments are processed via Paypal. Settlement is also accepted by international bank transfer; please advise Tierra Hotels once paid to ensure receipt.

Cancellations made 91 days or more prior to arrival incur no charge.

Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival incur a fee of 20% of the total booking value.

Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival incur a fee of 30% of the total booking value.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival incur a fee of 100% of the total booking value.

Tierra Patagonia welcomes children aged ten years and over.

At Tierra Patagonia a group is defined as ten people or five or more rooms travelling together. Special conditions apply to group bookings. Please enquire for more information.

Limitación de responsabilidad

Tierra Patagonia no será responsable por ninguna pérdida o daño a la propiedad de un huésped que sea:

Causado o contribuido por la negligencia del huésped o una razón del tipo enumerado en el párrafo anterior; o no informado oportunamente a Tierra Patagonia.

On discovery, Tierra Patagonia shall not be liable for loss of or damage to a guest’s property except when proved to be caused through the negligence or willful misconduct of Tierra Patagonia.

Tierra Patagonia does not accept any liability for loss or damage to a guest’s vehicle unless caused by Tierra Patagonia negligence or willful misconduct.

Los huéspedes serán responsables de cualquier pérdida, daño o lesión personal que puedan causar en Tierra Patagonia.

Tierra Patagonia podrá contratar operadores de traslados y otros proveedores adecuados para coordinar y prestar determinados servicios. Los operadores de traslados y otros proveedores son los únicos responsables de la prestación de sus respectivos servicios. Los huéspedes también están sujetos a términos y condiciones específicos impuestos por otros proveedores.

Descargo de responsabilidad

Tierra Patagonia is set in a natural environment containing fauna and flora that may be dangerous if at close contact. Whilst every effort is made by the staff and management of Tierra Patagonia to ensure the safety of its guests, guests acknowledge as a condition of making their bookings that neither Tierra Patagonia nor any of its staff shall be liable for the death or injury of any of its guests or for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (save where caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Tierra Patagonia) suffered by any of its guests arising out of or in connection with use of the facilities and activities offered by Tierra Patagonia, in particular (but not limited to) these involving wildlife, and the guest, by making a booking, releases Tierra Patagonia and its staff from all or any such liability.

Objetos perdidos

Where items belonging to guests have been found by a member of Tierra Patagonia personnel, and where the owner can be clearly identified, guests will be contacted and any confirmed item returned to them by registered mail. In the event the owner of any found item cannot be identified it will be logged and held in security for a period of three months. If after this period the owner of the lost article has not contacted the property or has otherwise been identified, the article will be disposed of. In the event the lost article may be of tangible benefit, the lost article will be given to a local charity organization after the three month period has lapsed.

Fuerza mayor

Tierra Patagonia no será responsable por el incumplimiento o retraso en la entrega de las obligaciones bajo el contrato de reserva si la causa del incumplimiento o retraso se debe a razones fuera de su control. Estas incluyen, pero no se limitan a: guerra o amenaza de guerra, acción o disturbios civiles o políticos, motín, desastre natural, incendio, epidemia, mal tiempo, actividad terrorista (amenaza o real), actividad militar, acción gubernamental o regulatoria, conflicto industrial, falla de energía o maquinaria, falla o interrupción de servicios y utilidades provistos externamente. Todas las reservas están sujetas a disponibilidad, y Tierra Patagonia tendrá derecho a rechazar cualquier reserva por motivos razonables.
